Please tell us about the severity of known errors.
It says, "The severity level does not indicate the order in which issues will be fixed, which is determined by a combination of variables."
Is it correct that the lower the value, the more important it is?

Where are you seeing this?
Known Error is a problem management concept but I'm seeing no field anywhere in Problem or problem-adjacent tables that have a field called "severity".
Is this possibly a custom build?
