Has anyone implemented Badge Reader integration post-Tokyo version? If so, could you please guide on how the connection between the reader and ServiceNow was established, given that ServiceNow no longer provides the client software executable to be installed on the local machine?
I found a community article that suggests we need to build our own code to install on the machine; however, I am unsure how to build and install this code. Additionally, the product documentation has not been updated to reflect this change.
