Hi everyone, I'm new to ServiceNow and would like to build out the following solution. This is the workflow:
1. Customer goes to the Service Catalog and orders a K8s cluster on EKS with a, b, c, and d.
2. Some automation runs that will provision my resources and a K8s cluster, today we support the following interfaces to do this:
a. CLI
b. API.
c. Terraform
3. Cluster can now be observed, alerted on, and managed through ServiceNow
I'm new to ServiceNow so I don't know what is available. Would this require me to build an app or what ServiceNow components would I use to put this workflow together?
