Scheduled Entity Generation - Create Child Tasks

Hi Everyone,

I have a need for generating child/related records for a HR Case where if follow up date is today then create a child HR task. It's a MUST to use the template as business will be maintaining that going forward. I thought of using "Scheduled Entity Generation" feature and have something like below in place:

However, only one task record gets generated and it's not able to tie it back to the parent task. Below is what I have on the template:

Any pointers will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for your response but as I have mentioned. I need to use the HR Task Template. I know how to do it from a script include, business rule etc. but is there a way to use Task templates in those?

Unfortunately NO, you cannot do anything in HR template level.
