Benefits of converting from BMC CMDB to ServiceNow CMDB

Would like to know what are some key differentiators specific to ServiceNow's CMDB vs BMC's CMDB. A customer needs to decide between integrating their current BMC CMDB or switching to ServiceNow CMDB.
Are there any ServiceNow features that are lost if the customer keeps their current CMDB and integrates to ServiceNow?

Hi, No feature will lose while enabling the integration. but you should enable the integration with each classes. BMC also having class name called cmdb_ci you can enable the direct integration with his ServiceNow cmdb_ci. Issue is many things going to miss if enable integration. Ex - field created in server table but not available in cmdb_ci table
