Current ServiceNow Capability Chart

Does anyone have a current ServiceNow capability chart to brief executives on ServiceNow capabilities? I attached a couple old ones. I have asked for a new one, but was told ServiceNow updates capabilities too often to create a capability chart.

Hello Marcos,

thanks for your response above. However, the "Full Capability Map", which I came across (after following your instructions), was this one (which is dated March-2025) -> https://mynow.servicenow.com/now/best-practices/assets/servicenow-capability-map

Now, my question is -> that, how can we ensure that if this is the latest and the most current version of the "Full Capability Map" documentation?

Also, there was another one I came across with, for which I am not sure that if that's the most recent and if the most relevant one!

Could you guide me please, if there's a version for this running year 2026 with the "Australia Version".

Just remember that the latest capability is made for sale purposes. 
I am still looking for a capability map related to CSDM and ServiceNow business applications.
