Hi folks,
We are setting up an integration where Azure sends data to ServiceNow.
This data is sensitive so Azure wants to encrypt it.
To do this, Azure team wants to know how ServiceNow would decrypt their message.
The Azure team provided us with 2 suggestions:
- Can ServiceNow share its Public key with which Azure can encrypt the data or
- Can ServiceNow access a key vault like CyberArk to decrypt.
Could somebody explain how these work, and which option is easier to implement?
