I want to have a bi-directional integration between Digital.ai Agility—ServiceNow Integration of which I have the documentation from the Agility side - <https://integrations.digital.ai/integration/ac-servicenow-plugin-1-0/>, kindly navigate to View Documentation Link after opening the above link. I want to understand how efficiently we can have the integration using OOB setup or minimal customization. Requesting help from our developer community to analyze it & help me achieve the same in detail step by step. Many thanks in advance

I checked the link. Those seems like steps for Digital.ai. You need to configure them at Agility side for this integration

That's correct, I mentioned the same that the documentation is there from agility side, but I want to understand how effectively we can follow the steps from Servicenow side.
