DPM: How to configure "Need Attention" landing page for Digital Portfolio Management.

I am trying to connect dots on DPM OOB configurations - a very new and interesting feature of Servicenow. Trying to find references on how to configure Need Attention Panel[landing Page] for DPM. I am looking forward to get answers on below 2 queries:

1. I am able to get Need Attention Panel showing up a critical incident which is created today and is associated to the Service Offering I am an owner of. How can I configure this down based of Configuration Item selected on an INC record?
2. Need attention has a dropdown listing filters for All Items, Changes, Critical Incident, Outages, etc[see attached]. Is there a way to configure these filter options i.e. if I want to configure another filter called "Major Incidents" or if I would like to hide or rename some of the existing OOB filters, how can I achieve it?
