E-signature approval not working on ESC

Hi everyone

As you are all aware, the vision of ServiceNow is to move internal employees to ESC.

Long story short, I've enabled E-signature approval plugin for which there are a few steps on how to make it work on Service Portal, but it does not seem to work on ESC.

Does anyone have an official reference or statement from ServiceNow indicating that this is not supported yet with ESC?
