we have created an app where we sent emails to one or more than individual. For example: When I am sending an email to X & Y with an attachment. so, after sending the mail a record has been created in our system regarding the mail and if I am sending another mail from that record with diffrent attachment so its going with the attachments which I have already shared in the previous mail.
So is there any way to stop or control sending the attachments which I have already shared. second time from where I am sending the email is in the screenshot mentioned below.

No mate, as per my understanding, the system doesn’t know if it’s the same attachment for different ones. So, either you need to add logic and compare the name of the attachment and stop, which would be a good customization. In OOTB, there’s no way to do this. These are just my thoughts.

the 2nd email is from compose section?
How are you including attachments in the 1st email? are you using Normal notification on that table with "Include attachment" checkbox as true?
If my response helped please mark it correct and close the thread so that it benefits future readers.
