Hello Everyone,
We are implementing a HRSD for a client. I know the first data we need to transition to ServiceNow is the foundation data like departments, positions, locations and others. I tried to dig in and looked at guided setup as well but still little confused with sequence of foundation data import. Should we go as per guided setup or is there any other information available around it?
Thanks,
Prashant

Yes, as a best practice, follow the guide setup. You can use the templates for the respective tables and populate the data. Go step by step and ensure that only relevant data is moved. Before moving, make sure to clean the data locally.
You can check the now create docs as well if needed.

A small advise. The organizational data should be in a hirarchy and should be loaded in the following order (so you can choose the parent)
Company > Business Unit > Department
