Hello Everyone,
I'm looking for guidance on configuring UI actions so that the UI actions should not visible for end users or users without any roles. What are the required conditions to ensure that UI action are hidden from end users?
Thanks in advance

When they don't have any roles, How are they coming to the list or open a record where the UI action is set up to display?

Okay you mean to say that the UI action should only be available to the person who is working on it and not the opened by?

@Ravi Peddineni It should be visible for admin, ITIL and business stakeholders but not for end user even though incident was raised by end user

I would like to know what all roles the business stake holders have and are they in any specific group?
