How much time does APM and SPM implementation take OOB and some configurations on average

We are looking at SPM + APM implementations.

I would like to know what is the average implementation time does APM and SPM OOB takes.

We will do migration from excel to APM and some catalogs + workflows and other basics config to kickstart thing.

Just wanted to understand from your experience how much time do you estimate ?

We did SPM implementation alone in the past and i can provide the rough estimates also will consider APM as per my experience-

Initial Setup: 1 week
Installing the APM and SPM plugins, initial configuration including setting up basic user roles, defining portfolios.

Data Migration from Excel and transform maps: 1-2 weeks

Configuration and Customization:

Catalogs and Workflows creations: 2-3 weeks

Custom Reports and Dashboards: 1-2 weeks

Extensive testing and validation: 1-2 weeks

Training: 1-2 weeks

Go-Live Preparation and Support: 1 week

Total Estimated Time
OOB Implementation: 4-6 weeks (Installation, basic config , training and support)
With Customizations: 8-12 weeks (including above and customizations(data import and custom workflow and catalogs))

Note: We only did SPM with customization and took around 6 weeks.
