Creating an Architecture diagram is always challenging. When I did it for a fairly big org- the biggest challenge was to reduce the clutter and maintain lines and grouping very clean.

I won't be able to share it though,I can point  you in a direction:

Left hand:

Put all modules used:

Incident

Problem

SR etc as blocks

Right hand:

Put all your integrations

SSO

AD

Solarwinds etc...

Email based integrations etc

connect both with Unidirectional / bidirectional lines -- also put accounts used for integration for Dev / Test and prod

Try to keep integrations together which are connecting to same module. You should be able avoid multiple lines flying around 🙂

In my view since Service Now is a SAAS hosted in  their DC Pairs.

You can use application symbol for service now SAAS .Service Now SAAS behind the scene uses what we are little aware as we can see node names etc. if you want you can depict those also.

Below diagram is from service now and may be you can use to depict it after some alteration.

find_real_file.png

and then draw all your Integration points, Mid Servers etc as a part of architecture- ex SSO/LDAP/SMTP-POP , REST API Integration points,SCCM, Discovery, Monitoring Tool interfaces etc  etc.

I used this way to do this for my domain separated Instance.
