Hi Tuckera,
Servicenow is a SaaS application. Are you talking about the MID servers hardware requirements?
Thanks,
Rajan

Hi Rajan,
while most customers choose the PaaS instance of ServiceNow, you can actually request a on-premise instance. it is quite rare but can happen.

Hi Tuckerca,
I recommend you reach out to your ServiceNow Account Manager who will be able to provide you with all on-premise requirements.

Only ServiceNow can validate the achritecure of servicenow on-promise, I would suggest you check with your account manager
You should keep in mind that currently (New York release) a lot of functionalities are not available for on-promise instances such as Agent Inteligence, I would think twice before taking the risk.
Cheers,
