Hi Techies,
Just need a bit information regarding subscription , I have below subscriptions appearing in my subscription overview , just need a bit descriptive information regarding the same.
Subscription Name | Purchased | Allocated | Type |
Agile Team - Module | 1 | 0 | Per-User |
Doubts:
1 - Can I use this fully for below configuration organization wide without any extra cost, or it is for only one user?
2 - I can see agile module is part of "Strategic Portfolio Mgmt" which I don't have . I only have above in my subscription.
3 - I can see SDLC components is related to Agile module and also CSDM? Whats the relationship between these two?
Information that can help
I am trying to integrate the ServiceNow - Azure DevOps, so that it can sync artifacts like Epics, Features, User Story , Iterations, Incident, Problems , Changes etc.
In DEV instance I have installed below plugins
Agile Development 2.0 → This is appearing in the subscription
Agile Development – Unified Backlog → This is appearing in the subscription
Microsoft Azure DevOps Integration for Agile Development
I already have ITSM Pro & Integration Hub Pro Subscription.

Hi
If I'm not wrong, then there is no subscription type the usage of a module (Agile 2.0) by an unlimited number of users. Therefore, the entitlement is configured like the way it was done in your instance. ServiceNow often spends the Agile module for DEV instances to enable the customer following the agile based implementation approach.
