Is there another ITOM option we could use (other than ITOM Visibility) -something that gives us discovery by itself that includes service graph connectors.
So instead of using ITOM operator standard we would be using a basic discovery piece of ITOM.
I am looking to verify the different ITOM levels and the capabilities to ascertain if we could switch.
We currently use Dynatrace as our primary tool -
How would we be impacted by this change?
Can we continue to use Dynatrace the way we have configured with these licenses?
Does this impact the use of Custom Flows?
Hoping I get some direction on this.

Hi @Murali25,
I'm not a hundred percent aware of your contract and licensed products, but below you can have a look at recent packaging:
As you see, with Discovery v2 you could use the Service Graph Connectors
And here's your Operator license and what is licensed depending on your packages.
Dynatrace and Discovery Documentation - as mentioned in the dependencies of this documentation, the Discovery license is a must-have only.
Be advised: These documents are from Q1 2023 - I deeply encourage you to talk with an Account Executive from ServiceNow who is responsible for your instance to check your products and entitlements.
If my response helps to answer your questions. Kindly mark it as helpful & correct. It will be helpful for future readers! 👍
Thanks,
