Subscription Management only shows that the entitlement is “Overallocated”; to see which activities, you must inspect the Integration Hub transaction‑usage dashboard and flows manually. We don't know which version of the SKU is included in your contract, but the latest version has both a 300 MB daily limit and a 100.000 transactions per year limit.
You will find the dashboard under Integration Hub -> Integration Hub -> Usage; there you will find the transactions and amount of data you have consumed and some indicators what caused the traffic.
There is no ootb solution to identify easily what is over-consuming, you have to review jobs, SGs, workflow and integrations using spokes, etc.
