We have a PowerAutomate process that is connecting to ServiceNow. Within ServiceNow we have whitelisted the current list of IP addresses used by PowerAutomate. The challenge that we have is that the list of IP addresses changes over time. Does ServiceNow provide any service or automation that will whitelist all Microsoft IP addresses? Or does ServiceNow offer MTLS (Mutual Transport Layer Security) so that we can leverage certificates to authenticate the two systems?

@burnworthr I can think of two options here.
1. If IP addresses used by PowerAutomate is within a specific range, then you can consider whitelisting that specific range instead of individual IP addresses.
2. You can leverage mTLS aka certificate based authentication in ServiceNow. Refer to this knowledge article KB0993615 for more details.
PS: Hit "Correct" or "Helpful" depending on the impact of the response.
