ITSM Form change

Modification of Business Application form is requested 

The Tabs to be visible on the form in default view while 
 These are currently visible in Business_application view.

I checked in my PDI and couldn’t find any related list. It looks like it might be a custom build in your instance.

Hi @ayush_g ,

 

It seems these are custom sections.

Navigate to the cmdb_ci_business_app.list,

open any record,

right-click the header, and

select Configure > Form Layout.

Ensure the view is set to "Default view" in the dropdown,

click "New" in the section list, name it as "Integrations", add fields, and save

Again click "New" in the section list, name it as "Interfaces", add fields, and save

 

AS per your requirement from form layout ,  add fields in those section and arrange it
