I would add all this is also automatically updated in the NowLearning experience (LXP) based on role, persona, and product like others have shared.

A few other helpful considerations...

Don't overlook NowCreate resources as well.  

Exam Blueprints
You will also find the exam blueprints (aka Exam Specifications) there within the Help Center (in addition to in some of the mainline certification courses).  This gives you insight into study areas, the percentage breakdown/scope of topics on the exam and a few sample questions.

Taking exams:
Exams cutover each year from one release to another - currently end of October. 

Webassessor also has a maintenance outage from 11/1-11/16 with the exams switching over to Vancouver from Utah. 

So consider taking training on the release you are testing on to minimize any additional.
The window for delta exams open up on 11/16 for those needing to recertify to stay active.
