Meta keywords are not working in the ESC portal

I have a catalog item with meta tags such as Request, Req, Others. When I search in the employee center using the keywords Request or Req, I obtain results. However, when I use the keyword Others, I don't get any results. Can anyone suggest how to overcome this situation?
