Hi All,

Our LDAP servers are frequently down and when re-entering pwd and stopping /staring listener it comes up.

  • Please advise what could be the reason for this behavior  and why the sql user is getting locked.
  • Steps to check ecc queue to check what jobs are processing and if we can clean /stop them.

TIA

Hello @CV1 - Here is the post, that might helpful for your questions,

For SQL lockout, I would suggest checking these few things in your instance,

  • Review SQL Server security settings to identify and assess any lockout policies that might be triggering the user lockout issue.
  • In your ECC Queue, inspect the ECC queue for any pending or stuck events causing disruptions.
  • If necessary, consider flushing or canceling events from the ECC queue that could be contributing to issues.
