Hi ServiceNow Experts!
I have configured a playbook with stages and activities. When the trigger record is created, the playbook shows up on the workspace. But all the stages and activities in the playbook are 'locked' or 'waiting' - even the very first stage and activity.
The activities are simple User Forms. No fancy logic or dependencies have been setup. All stages and activities have been configured to trigger immediately. Still, the first activity displays this message , "This activity will become available after the previous activities are completed"
Anybody faced this before?

The solution for this issue is to repair the workflow studio and the playbook plugin.
I only had delegated developer access, so I personally haven't performed these actions nor witnessed how it was done. But my platform team was able to fix it.
