I am a Lead Architect for an organization which recently had installed two ServiceNow instances (Dev & Prod), with more expected in the near future. Our ServiceNow Application developers have applied low-code modifications in our Dev instance. We are planning to migrate update-sets to Prod, and want to remove all OOTB Prod tables' data before applying our update-sets.
What is the best way to "clean" Prod, so OOTB data doesn't interfere with newly create records?

Hi @MiguelR82028097 ,
i would suggest you to create a HI case (if we talk about demo data) to remove the demo data safely.
If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as the accepted solution and give a thumbs up.
