"approver_user" role licensing impact?

Hi all, is there an added license cost for granting the "approver_user" role to users that already have the "itil" role?  This role is required to be able to see and interact with the "My Approvals" widget in Service Portal beginning with London I believe.  If a company is already paying the fulfiller license, do they have to pay an additional cost for the "approver_user" role?

Hi,

ServiceNow bills at the highest level role...so if they see the user with ITIL, they will charge/count towards ITIL only.

As always, please check with your ServiceNow Account Executive, but I can assure you this is how things go.

OK excellent, thanks Allan.  So there would not be an additional charge for user's that already have the "itil" role to add the "approver_user".  I appreciate the info!
