Could you kindly advise us on the best approach for delivering real-time or near-real-time data access to other applications in ServiceNow?
We have our own custom ServiceNow application, and a few of the tables include a large amount of data. We are now working on a client request for real-time data access to several of the ServiceNow tables that contain a large amount of data. Could you please advise on the best approach here?
I read the article KB0716391, which is about outbound rest calls. I assume that because the transition is large, the business rule will be triggered several times, which may cause performance issues.
If you have encountered a similar requirement, please describe your approach.
