Recommended approach to changes to CMDB assets

Greetings All,

We are in a very preliminary ITOM setup.  We are working to make our CMDB more scalable and follow industry standards.

I wanted to know what are recommended process or steps for any changes that need to  happen on CMDB .

are there any docs provided by ServiceNow on CMDB governance ?

The key is People & Process before Technology. If the process is defined and people are aligned, then your implementation will add value.
