Richtext labels are not displayed in RITM in employee center portal

Richtext labels are not visible in RITMs in Employee Center Portal.

UI Policy and Catalog client scripts(onload) are not executed in RITMs in Employee Center Portal.

Are you checking with non-admin or admin? any script etc is hiding?

Thanks for the response.

Looks like you are viewing RITM in platform not in EC Portal. Richtext Label is working fine in RITM in Platform UI but not visible in RITM in EC Portal.

Rich text label is just information you want to show and doesn't capture any input from user while submitting catalog item. So it makes no sense to show it in portal.

If you are saying it's not visible on ticket page in additional details tab, then it's OOTB platform behavior

Rich or plain text label variables don't show on ticket page in Service Portal
