Richtext labels are not visible in RITMs in Employee Center Portal.

UI Policy and Catalog client scripts(onload) are not executed in RITMs in Employee Center Portal.

Hi @Ankur Bawiskar ,

Thanks for your response. Though RichText labels are not capturing user response, we are displaying it as Assessment question with respective URLs and more information. Requester will select Yes/No based on the richtext label data. So, it is important for us to display that data in RITMs as well to understand requester's response.

Variable summarizer widget is displaying the variables in RITM in EC portal and Richtext label is not supported. We dont want to customise Variable summarizer widget.

@Supriya T

but assessment/take survey is different than ticket page.

how are they related?

Since it's not supported in Variable summarizer widget I will suggest inform this to customer and don't add customization to that widget.

If my response helped please mark it correct and close the thread so that it benefits future readers.

Hi @Ankur

Yes, we are not customizung Variable summarizer widget. We are working on alternate ways to display rich text.

Hello @Supriya T,
Richtext labels and onLoad scripts not appearing in RITMs on Employee Center Portal is expected—UI Policies and Catalog Client Scripts don’t execute there by default. To enable them, ensure “Applies to Requested Item” is checked in the script/policy settings. For richtext visibility, consider using Portal-compatible variable types or custom widgets.

Hi @julie856batson ,

Thanks for your response.

We have checked 'Applies to Requested Item' in both UI Policy and Catalog client script. Still it is not executed in RITM in EC Portal.

About RichText Label- as it is not compatible in EC Portal, we are working on alternatives.
