Set up Recommended Actions for ITSM to streamline issue resolution and enhance workflow efficiency.

Hi everyone,
We're looking to enable Recommended Actions for ITSM in our instance. If anyone has experience with this setup, your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

The Documents have the steps very straight forward, could you please elaborate more on what level of guidance is expected?

Guidelines:

- Explore the steps to install the same from the link/store.

- Data is important for your modules based on which the recommended actions can work.

- look at Setting the rules to apply the necessary filters.

- set the recommended actions then

- setup resource generators

- Even define generators using flows & decision tables.

- Explore configuring AI Search profile configurations for improved search results.
