Setting up ServiceNow production instance

Hi , 

we are setting up a new production instance for serviceNow with latest release . Can you please provide a list of all the task , best practices etc which needs to be followed to have in a new instance ?

Hi Prashanth,

The best thing to do is contact the executive from ServiceNow who has been assigned for your company.

They can guide you on the best possible solutions which is being provided as part of your licensing such that you can configure those.

Moreover, in general, what i do if i have to configure ITSM module , i navigate to ITSM Guided setup :

Then you complete all of the steps by clicking on "get started" :
