SM configuration not editable and error message regarding template to upgrade

Hi,

 

Due to recent ServiceNow decision to no longer support the Facilities management and internal decisions, we decided to re-create it in a custom scope and all good so fine but got an issue related to the configuration page for the app to be added tothe SM configuration table "sm_config"

 

In the list control, the omit new button is ticked. When I uncheck it, I am able to create a new record but I get this error and all field are read-only.

 

Error: Warning! This application has templates that do not work with this version of ServiceNow. Click "Upgrade Templates" above to update the templates to the latest format.

Templates that are not updated will not work.

 

Any idea? or Suggestions?

The error you describe may be caused by incompatible templates in your application with the current version of ServiceNow. You should try updating your templates to the latest version to resolve this issue.
