First question would be, what is your definition of an Architect? Just the word "Architect" could mean anything.

the word "Architect" is not any longer sufficient for describing a role in the IT. Today we have different types of Architects. See https://www.leanix.net/en/wiki/ea/enterprise-architect-vs-solution-architect-vs-technical-architect-... for more information.

ServiceNow is also not so exactly when dealing with that word. For example ServiceNow offers to his customers the engagement of a Success Architect. And for customers, ServiceNow suggest having a Platform Architect.

But on the other side, ServiceNow offers two different types of certifications for architects: Technical Architect & Master Architect
