My instance will be reclaimed on Oct 9, but I cannot access it to reset the inactivity counter!!!! How is ServiceNow handling this situation?

I saw the posting that instances are online, but when I tried this is what I get:

Looks like the ServiceNow problems are multiplying instead of being resolved. I just tried to login with Edge and got the message:

Security constraints prevent access to requested page

The username and password were correct.

My instance dev80697 is offline again!! It was one of the ones affected about 2 weeks ago and was brought back last week. This week, it’s offline again and I can’t get it to wake up. It just keeps telling me to check again in a few minutes. Refresh is not working!

What is the current status?  My instance dev53895 is offline and will not wake up.  The message in the developer portal just says "Check again in a few minutes".

Oddly, I have a user in my dev instance and she’s able to get in. But my instance still shows offline for me and I cannot reset the admin account so I can get in outside of the developer site direct link.

My PDI has been offline for a week or so and it continues to say, "check back later." This has gone on so long that my PDI is about to be reclaimed due to inactivity. Please help - I want to use my PDI and don't want it to be reclaimed but I can't access it. dev77084 and it is set to be reclaimed tomorrow.
