My ServiceNow Instance is Timed Out and Not Opening

Hello,

I am facing an issue with my ServiceNow instance. Whenever I try to open my instance it is not opening due to instance being not opened for 10 days. Is there a way to solve this and access my old instance for further building. I've tried accessing it from different browsers and networks, but the issue persists.

My instances (dev190355 and dev294114) have been offline since last Wednesday.

I was using them to prototype for a customer, and their unavailability is currently blocking my work.

Could you please bring them back online?

I received an email saying that my Personal Development Instance (PDI): dev210933 will be reclaimed based on inactivity after the end of day May 29, 2025 PST. But in the https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do#!/home site there is a message: We're currently experiencing issues with Personal Developer Instances (PDIs). Our team is actively working on a resolution. We appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience.

So I can't wake up my instance since last week. 

Any advice?

Seems like lots of people are having similar problems recently with PDIs not waking up. Sadly, doesn't seem like anyone from ServiceNow is monitoring or assisting on the PDI community. 😞

 

In case anyone's there, my PDI (https://dev196282.service-now.com/) is no longer waking since 6/14 when it was working fine. Been trying multiple times each day to wake it, to no avail.
