The Developer Program no longer monitors the community for Personal Developer Instance (PDI)-related issues. To get PDI support, open the Developer Site < https://developer.servicenow.com > and click the Give Feedback button.

Hi,

It's been more than a week and continues experiencing the instance offline issue with the below info message.

And surprisingly, I got a mail (Probably auto) "developer instance inactivity warning".
If you are doing the maintenance! you know that people cannot access the instance. Unfortunately, I am seeing "developer instance inactivity warning" on top of it.
As per my understanding ServiceNow should ignore inactivity during such maintenance period.
