hi,

 

I am facing some problems in the incident form; when I click the search option,  nothing is shown.

Okay , have you checked any dictionary override is applied on this fields ? Can you  please once check means create one custom field with  reference type and give reference to those relevant tables and check whether data is coming or not  in that field  .
