Approval Summarisation for any record

Hi All

We are trying to achieve better user experience when navigating to an approval record via the portal page "approvals".

We have enabled the approval summarisation skill however finding it extremely difficult to enable this for records like change_request and other similar records.

OOTB skill available only for RITM , REQUESTS and HR Cases.

Anybody achieved something similar ?

The other issue being the skill does not show up on this page but only the "to-dos" page.

I guess only option is - create / extend a custom skill for change request
