What is the commercial model for ServiceNow and Generative AI?  Will ServiceNow charge for access to Generative AI?
A: Contact your account representative to learn about the licensing for Now Assist and Pro Plus/Enterprise Plus. Now Assist consumption is measured by assists. Different skills and uses consume different numbers of assists. You can find the Assists rate card here: ServiceNow Assist Overview
