Testing or Executign an AI Agent getting "You don't have the required access to complete this reques

I keep getting the following message when testing or executing an agent. "You don't have the required access to complete this request. Try another request." I am getting a lot of "try this, try that" from many avenues, venues, and LLMs. Anyone has a true understanding of how this should work and how to deal with it without guessing?

 

The following article did not help.

Hi @cragland 

 

Please open your AI Agent within AI Agent studio and ensure that Security Controls (User Access and Data Access) are being defined with the relevant roles.

If you are facing this issue with an Agentic Workflow, ensure that all the AI Agents including the Agentic Workflow has Security Controls defined. Also, ensure that the user who is initiating the Agentic Workflow/AI Agent has the roles defined in the Security Controls.
