You need to be an MVP, Rising Star, ServiceNow employee or thought leader.

@Nikhil Bajaj9 You can still contribute by creating a question and putting the content which you would like to share through it. I have seen many users doing it and it is a great way to bring attention of the community users to your post. Sooner or later community admins will recognise your contribution and will either grant you the Rising star status or grant you the permission to create articles.
Also, there is a solid reason why they didn't allow everyone to create article as people may misuse this feature for spamming.

I agree with you @Mark Manders and @Sandeep Rajput
Adding @Sarah G_ , she can help here and guide you.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

Contribute on LinkedIn, Youtube or maybe even your own blog somewhere. If you have something to share that isn't a question, just post it as question (it will help to make it clear that you are posting an article, not a question). And you can do it in two ways: just create a post (question) with your article, or create it as question and use your article information as answer/solution.
As addition to @sandeeprajput : creating articles was indeed abused for spamming. Unfortunately, the questions are now used for the same, so it may have taken away the problem on the article side of the community, it has not been taken away completely.
Please mark any helpful or correct solutions as such. That helps others find their solutions.

If this is your way of trying to get a name in the ServiceNow community, please stop it.
You are answering every answer you get and then select that as the correct answer, just to get ahead? That won't get you there.
