You are not authorized is showing up for Survey in email logs

Hello all,
I have designed a Survey in Survey Management by configuring the Survey designer and even I clicked on it and Previewed.
Later I published it.
I also added trigger conditions to it.
SO, for testing purpose when I resolved an Incident, and checked my Email logs, I see it triggered the survey, but when I click on Preview email , and then clicked on Take me to Survey, it is showing up below page.
Please help me here, why it is not showing up Survey questions?

Hi @Lucky1
Check the assessment instance to see to whom it is assigned, impersonate that person, and try again.
Typically affected caller can take the survey. Make sure you are impersonating the affected caller (user).

Yes, I have checked it.
The user has ITIL role also and valid email id.

It is working now Siva,
But my doubt is, is it something like, when a survey is triggered to a user, it won't trigger immediately again to the same user?
