Where can I get complete documentation on creation of Change Templates including creating Child tasks and linking to parent in Service Operations Workspace.

The question was for ServiceNow Change Templates , not ServiceNow Standard Changes templates.

Hi @suman75 

Change templates cannot be created via SOW.
Templates—whether for Standard Change or Normal Change—must be created directly through the native view in ServiceNow.
You can refer to the native Change module to configure or manage these templates.

Hi Dr Atul G- LNG

Change Temptes is possible in SOW. once you open a new change record , on the right hand side pan , there is a icon for creating change templates.  But there is no option for Insert and Save.

I am looking for any offcial  documentatoon in Yoklama Version for creating Change Templates
