You are not authorized is showing up for Survey in email logs

Hello all,

 

I have designed a Survey in Survey Management by configuring the Survey designer and even I clicked on it and Previewed.

Later I published it.

I also added trigger conditions to it.

SO, for testing purpose when I resolved an Incident, and checked my Email logs, I see it triggered the survey, but when I click on Preview email , and then clicked on Take me to Survey, it is showing up below page.

Please help me here, why it is not showing up Survey questions?

Usually survey has a repeat interval, which avoids the user mentioned on the user field getting the same survey for that interval time.

If you mark it zero, then for all instances of the trigger condition survey will be sent out, or if you want to make be random based on a percentage, you can use the "Trigger randomly" checkbox
