Approvals in Change Management in service operation workspace.

Currently working on change management in service operation workspace, there are couple of things i noticed 
When an emergency change is submitted for approval:

  • It's correctly routed to VP/Director only 

  • But the VP/Director is unable to approve from within Service Operations Workspace, there are no approve or reject buttons for VP to do the needful.

how to achieve the solution for it? do i need create custom ui actions for workspace? if yes how do i do it ? how to map to sow? is it form action assignments? please help.

Hi @prash4 ,

Check if there is a UI action to approve:

Ensure the Condition for the UI Action allows it to be displayed for the VP/Director.

Check the Table on which the UI Action is defined. It should be set to change_request or change_request_approval.

Active: Make sure the UI Actions are marked as Active.

If there is no existing UI action then you have to create a new UI action.
