Date and time picker in change requests

Is there a way to change the date and time picker in a change request? I notice it is a lot more user friendly in creating a CAB meeting. How do we get that same picker option for change requests? The individual boxes for the time is easier than the 1 box for how it is in a change request, because it won't save it if it is not in the exact wanted format.

could you possibly explain what do you mean "more user friendly"? I don't understand what's required..

Apologies, I learned the difference today between native view and what is seen in the SOW view. In the SOW view it is a box in which you have to save the time in an exact format, otherwise it will not save. If there was the the same option in SOW as Native View, it would be much easier for the user to save the date and time.

if you are in native then the Date/time picker has consistent behavior either you are on CAB Meeting form or CHG form

Is it possible to have the same functionality that is in Native View in the SOW view?
