SOW - Risk Assessment Action not loading with button visible

Hi all,

When enabling the UX action in the SOW Change Management for the Risk Assessment button, the button is visible but when clicking it, nothing happens (see below)

The Action Assignment I enabled to show the action is available here:

There doesn't appear to be anything glaringly visible in the system or client logs

Meanwhile the Risk Assessment popup does appear when clicking 'Assess Risk' from the Change Overview tab:

I’m facing the exact same issue — the Risk Assessment button becomes visible after enabling the UX action in SOW Change Management, but nothing happens when clicking it.

Did you happen to find a solution or workaround for this?
