How can I change the order of the tabs in SOW so that the Detail tab appears first and the Overview

Hi, I'm trying to change the order of the tabs in the Change Request form using UI Builder. I need the Detail tab to appear first and the Overview tab second, but I don't know how to do it. Please help.
